This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day oversight of the PHASE-Industries Human Resources Department and all its functions. Duties include but are not limited to the development & implementation of Personnel Policies & Procedures, employee recruitment, on-boarding, training, develop- ment, succession planning and overall organization-wide talent management strategies, performance management, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion Plan, development and adminis- tration of an effective benefits program; assurance of compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and contracts regulating employment.
