This team evolved from authentic mentorship, a mother-daughter duo. Elsa, licensed since 1997, has experienced the market at its best and not such good times. This has pushed creativity and a constant character that continues to support first-timers and empty-nesters navigating the buying and selling of real estate. Many past clients of Elsa's might recall her unlicensed little helper, Ava, turning on lights just ahead of the buyers and then "getting out of the way" during showing years before she decided to make it official in 2023 and join Elsa as a licensed real estate agent.
