WE ARE HIRING ALC PARAPROFESSIONAL EC East Central Crossroads Area Learning Center is hiring a paraprofessional to help with the success of our students. Crossroads ALC is a small learning community located behind East Central High School. Currently it serves about 30 students earning their high school credits in a different learning environment. With one teacher and one paraprofessional, students are able to access their online coursework and be supported more quickly than the traditional classroom setting. Come be part of this unique, successful learning community as a paraprofessional. Duties include working with the teacher, helping students on coursework, monitoring the classroom, escorting students to the high school, eating lunch with students and providing positive reinforcement for their success.
