Pinewood is a provider of person-centered supports for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Through Day Support and Employment Services programs, we help individuals build skills, gain independence, and achieve meaningful commu- nity employment. . . Responsibilities: Foster strong relationships with local employers, train/lead job coaches, assist individuals with resumes/interview skills, monitor employment plans, en- sure accurate documentation/billing, work with Vocational Rehabilitation Services, set up team meetings, etc. Qualifications: Associate's degree in human services or related field, minimum 2 years experience in employment services for individuals with disabilities, including supervi- sion or program management. Ability to speak with busi- ness leaders about employing individuals with disabilities. Knowledge of Disability Benefits 101, 245D, and Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
